The Guardian News is published and edited by Jeff and Emily Davis, homeschooling parents residing in South Central Kansas.
As a second generation homeschooler, Emily understands the desire parents and students sometimes have to "connect" with others who are walking a similar path. This newspaper is one way of meeting that need.
The goal of The Guardian is to give a voice to all the wonderful and noteworthy things that homeschooling students and graduates are doing. Not only is it fun and motivating for students to get to be in the "news", parents can find encouragement in hearing about other families. This can be a much needed lifeline on those "why are we doing this" days!
